Pedagogies of el Buen Vivir

For the past fifteen years, thousands of Indigenous Maya immigrants have settled in Oakland. The needs are clear in schools, housing, health clinics, and in fields of interpretation. This working group will produce a documentary focusing on the Indigenous Maya community of Oakland and the mutual aid leadership that has emerged to support this vibrant community.
